1. Who we are
Odette London is a trading name of VARDELIS T&T LTD, registered in England and
Wales, company number 17008457. Contact: uk@odettelondon.com

2. What we do
We are an independent personal shopping service. We locate and purchase goods
at retail from authorised UK retailers on behalf of our clients, and arrange
shipping to them. We are not a reseller of second-hand goods and we do not hold
stock.

3. Trade marks
We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to any of
the brands referred to on this site. All trade marks and trade names are the
property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the
goods we source on behalf of our clients.

4. How a request becomes an order
Submitting a request places you under no obligation. We will tell you what we
believe is available, the likely price and the likely timescale. Nothing is
purchased until you confirm in writing. Your confirmation and our written
acceptance form the contract.

5. Prices and fees
The price we quote is the retail price we expect to pay, plus our service fee,
plus shipping. All three are stated separately and agreed before you pay. If
the retail price at the counter differs from the quote we will tell you before
buying and you may withdraw at no cost.

6. Availability
We cannot guarantee that any item will be available. Some items, including
certain watch references and certain leather goods, are allocated by the brand
to existing clients and cannot be obtained by anyone. We will tell you when
this is the case rather than take your money.

7. Authenticity and provenance
Every item is purchased at retail from an authorised UK retailer, in our name,
in person. The original receipt is supplied with every order. Where a
certificate exists it is supplied. Serial numbers are recorded for you and are
never published.

8. Payment
Payment is by the secure link we send you. We do not store your card details.
Goods are purchased only after cleared payment.

9. Cancellation and returns
See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of
England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
