Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. If we cannot ship to your country,
or an item cannot lawfully be exported to it, we will tell you before you pay.

Cost
Shipping is quoted for your specific order before you pay. It is never
estimated afterwards and never added at a later stage. The cost depends on
destination, weight and the declared value of the item.

Dispatch and delivery
Once an item has been purchased and paid for, it is dispatched within
2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days within Europe and
3 to 8 working days worldwide, subject to customs clearance. All orders are
delivered within 30 days unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Tracking, insurance and signature
Every order is sent fully tracked and insured for its full value, with a
signature required on delivery. We send you the tracking number on the day of
dispatch.

Import duty and taxes
Any import duty, VAT or customs charge raised by the destination country is
payable by you, not by us. These charges are set by your government and we have
no control over them. Where we collect them we pass them on at cost and never
add a margin.

We do not declare goods at a lower value than they were purchased for, and we
do not mark parcels as gifts. Every parcel is declared accurately, with the
original receipt.

Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused, or if import charges are left unpaid and the parcel is
returned to us or destroyed by customs, the return shipping and any charges
incurred are yours. We will refund the price of the goods once they are safely
back with us, less those costs.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming. We cannot change a
address once a parcel has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility
for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you gave us.

Delays and losses
If a parcel is held in customs we will help you resolve it. If a parcel is lost
in transit we will claim on the insurance and either replace the item or
you in full.
